All bookings and communications prior to your departure, including your detailed service inquiry, payment and refund transaction must be made through Charming Cambodia Tours. Booking will be confirmed on receipt of advance deposit only.
(1) Charming Cambodia Tours requires 30% advance deposit to assure the booking.
(2) Balance of 70% must reach Charming Cambodia Tours at least 15 days prior to tour departure date.
All costing, we quoted in American dollars (USD$)
The prices are subject to amendment should the transporters/hoteliers amend their rates prior to commencement of the tours.
After commencement of travel, there is no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the program, which are not utilized.
Hotel Check in – Check out time is usually 12:00.
Extended check in – check out time may be granted subject to availability and agreement by hotels.
Charming Cambodia Tours is responsible for the implementation of all programs with specification services included by guests/partnerships, but reserves the right to switch around their itineraries where actual circumstances demand. Furthermore, it may have to change a certain program due to external causes lying beyond its control but will replace the services cancelled with those of a similar valued. However, any changes must be in writing by guests on spot or your travel agents first.
All cancellations must be in writing to Charming Cambodia Tours, The date of receiving cancellation notice will be determined what penalties.
Incase of high & peak seasons hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
In addition, Charming Cambodia Tours must be informed in writing of cancellation policy of hotel bookings or any services with cancellation charges when confirmed booking of your trip.
